should any parts be required you will be quoted as required on any parts or further labour costs.
Out Of Hours.......................£ 60.00
call charges between 6pm and 9am weekdays and 9am - 5pm saturday
Out of Hours........................£ 90.00
Sunday, Bank Holidays and 9pm - 7am weekends
Boiler Service......................£ 50.00
Does not include any parts required and boiler must be previously maintained and in full working order.
(Note : oil boilers that require extra removal of soot will be charged for accordingly at £30.00per hour or part thereof).
Landlord Safety Cert..........£ 35.00
Up to 3 appliances - £5 per extra appliance
HomeBuyers Report...........£ 85.00
Full report on Heating system prior to purchasing to property - Plumbing reports also given on request
Powerflushing......................£350.00 (max 8 rads. £10 per extra rad)
